We have been in the building design industry since 1990. Our structural draftswoman and designer Sally Gardner has over 25 years of experience and is a proud member of the Building Designers Association of NSW.

We offer first-rate, comprehensive building design and drafting services to all our clients.

Beginning with a site visit, we will examine your home, listen to your requirements and sketch options for you to consider and select.

From the local council Development Application (D.A.) approval or Complying Development Approval (CDC) up to the Construction Certificate (C.C.) stage, we ensure that our clients get the best of our services at all times. With our knowledge in building design, construction, as well as local council requirements, we strive to make the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible for our valued clients.
